Tender publishing system (tender system)

Our offer contain ready system for publishing tender requests compliant with the amended public procurement law. The system also fulfills requirements of Public Information Bulletins (registering changes, visiting statistics). Registers are updated automatically every time operation is performed in the system.

Publishing a request for tenders is done by completing simple forms containing fields required by the public procurement law. On next pages it is possible to add files containing notice's content and all other elements requested by the act. The system also gives possibility to preview just created order before publishing it and set publication date.

Tender management system has extensive administering features which gives possibility to assign different tasks to particular people in the department of public procurement.

The system is suitable for organizations which have hierarchical structure. It supports division into departments, units, offices and is equipped with handy tools for administering a big number of users.
