Care management systems
Facing the needs of charitable institutions within the Lodz Voivodship Softsystems.pl company made a successful attempt to prepare computer software supporting care services.
The application was prepared in client-server architecture with a central unit for processing and storing data (a server or computer acting as a server) and arbitrary number of access stations. User interface was designed with support of WWW technologies and can be accessed by any Internet browser opened on user's machine. Deployment of the software vastly supports and simplifies managing care services. It also fully meets requirements of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO). There is a possibility to develop and deploy special instructions for a given organizational unit.
System's features include:
- full filing of wards (all personal and address data)
- full filing of caregivers
- record of working hours and payments for caregivers
- inspection of services
- clearance of services
- record of caregivers for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
- registering contracts
- drawing up invoices for social care institutions (MOPS, GOPS)
- creating KP documents (ward's file)
The system also gives possibility to create different kinds of statistics (e.g. searching for caregivers who fulfill specific criteria of duty etc.).
Another advantage is ability to cooperate with Płatnik software and accountancy-staff applications such as Optima. The solution can be easily extended to fit individual requirements of a given institution.
